Refund Policy

Unframed prints are eligible for a refund within 10 days of delivery. Framed prints are not eligible for a refund, though will be eligible for replacement if damaged in shipping or production. Please contact us with any question or to begin the returns process. 

To be eligible for a return, the piece must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Prints that are returned with damage cannot be accepted for a refund

Room 125 is not responsible for and does not reimburse shipping costs on any returns or exchanges, unless due to an error made directly by Room 125.  Items must be returned with their original sales slip and shipped in a trackable and insured way. Room 125 is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It generally takes 7 - 10 business days after receiving your return for it to be inspected and a refund submitted. If returning/exchanging an item due to damages, a full refund will be issued; please submit photos with your request. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Exchanges (if applicable)- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a piece  for the same item due to damage, send us an email at and send your item (with a tracking number) to: 195 Chrystie Street, Studio 809F New York New York US 10002. Please inspect all orders upon arrival as we do not accept damage claims after 10 days of delivery.
